These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyPromise mobile application (“the App”), operated by Mind Labs Ltd, located at G.S. Rakovski 21, 6303 Haskovo, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

MyPromise is a 45-day self-discipline challenge designed to help users rebuild trust with themselves through daily photo-based check-ins. Users choose three small daily habits - one for the body, one for the mind, and one related to food and track their progress with photos over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction.

3. Payment & Access

  • The App requires a one-time payment of $24.99 USD for lifetime access.

  • There are no free trials and no refunds.

  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final and agree to these terms.

4. User Content & Data Storage

  • You may upload daily photo check-ins to track your challenge.

  • Photos are stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or view your photos.

  • The App does not create user accounts, and we do not collect personal information.

  • If you delete the App, all local data is deleted with it. We do not retain backups or user history.

5. Privacy

We are committed to respecting your privacy. Since we do not collect or store any personal data, your usage remains private. No data is transmitted to our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and code within the App are the intellectual property of Mind Labs Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. No Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or specific outcomes. Use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms or engages in behavior that disrupts the App’s intended use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will always be available within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
